  Stayed for one week All Inclusive. Staff were fantastic, most efficient & pleasant, couldn't do enough for you. The layout of hotel was quite quirky, rooms v clean & serviced everyday. Food was of top quality. Entertainment was provided every night but was not to our taste but we did appreciate its provision. Pocillos Beach is on the doorstep but it's too windy for sunbathing...however lots of other beaches nearby

  We have travelled with a group of three friends and stayed in a junior suite. We were very satisfied with the hotel in general, especially with the location and the staff in the reception and in the spa. Everybody was extremely kind and helpful, and cheerful! The room was large, clean and well equipped. The extra bed was quite big, enough for an a... ce que les gens disent » dult. We wished we could have stayed longer! - We loved pretty much everything, we were self catering and the apartment was fabulous, modern and well equiped with a toaster, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. It also had great aircon, a flat screen TV and hairdryer, The pool area was fabulous overlooking the sea. Luckily our apartment opened onto the pool area -very convenient. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

  Excellent villa for a group of 6 friends. Nice and spacious and having our own private heated pool was a luxury. It's rare to find heated pools in the canaries! Didn't hire a car but a cab into playa blanca was 4euros between 6 of us. Beatrice was lovely and we had a problem with the lock on the bathroom door and someone arrived within 10 minutes ... ce que les gens disent » to fix it. Would definitely recommend this villa.
