The fantastic view and the location was excellent because it was in the quieter end of Areciffe, close to the lagoon and was very pretty. -

What a gem this place is! From the minute we arrived, we felt as though we were the only people who mattered. Dany and Joaquim who manage the reception made us very welcome. We were told the complex was fully occupied, but we saw only a few other guests and other then by the pool we heard no voices. It is a beautiful complex, stunningly maintained

The best accomodation (for leisure) I've ever had. Location: excellent if you're interested in relax and peaceful atmosphere, close to unique Papagayo beaches (15 min. walk) and ordinary Coloradamar beach for those lazy ones (2-3 min. walk) :). Two supermarkets are nearby (Roper: 2-3 min.walk, HyperDino:5-7 min.walk). Bus stop is right in front of reception. If you travel with children, the playground is 2 min.walk. The hotel is great value for money. The apartments are larger than others I have stayed in the same area. We had an amazing view of the sea from our room, which was spotless. There are 2 pools, the smaller one is nice and quiet so we always went to this one. The pool and surrounding areas are kept spotless and there are nice comfy cushions for the

Lady on reception was very friendly and helpful.
Bar staff were great, Marcelo & Jaen were very welcoming and were great entertainment.
Domingo runs the restaurant, he is a fine chef and I would recommend you try the restaurant during your stay.
Poolside is covered by a super nice guy Cecilio. More than a lifeguard, he would entertain and teach the kids card tricks and give the adults fitness tuition. Always one to hold an interesting conversation with.

Los Zocos was budget accommodation but was clean and efficiently run. The staff at reception were very nice and helpful. It is conveniently located for taxis and on the local bus routes. Across the road is the sea-front, cafes and supermarket. This is our second visit there. -
