Location was excellent in the old town and the staff helpful. Rooms clean and modern. The associated restaurant were also very helpful particularly at organising a cava (champagne) breakfast for our friends 50th birthday morning. Breakfast is coffee or tea, orange juice, toast and a croissant. -

Son emplacement, en par voie de conséquence la facilité dans les déplacements en ville.
Très arrangeant quant au stationnement provisoire. J'ai pu laisser ma voiture une heure et demie devant l'hotel avant de partir pour faire quelques achats.
Le personnel, à l'acceuil et à l'étage sont rès avenants - le confort et les équipements

As suggested by its Basque name (which was translated to me by a local to mean "a beautiful place"), an absolutely beautiful location on top of a hill, with a view of a small bay and a beacon. - excellent hotel if you travel by car, great location, silent in the evenings, excellent view on the sea, very friendly stuff, easy to reach to San Sebastian, good value for money. You can also travel to the mountain nearby (but somehow you need to pay 2 eur to get to the territory - private territory, we decided to refuse)
Tea and coffee are available all the time. It is a family hotel and you can feel that. very cosy breakfast area and lounge.

Irenaz resort was located on the edge of a beautiful green valley that
was so relaxing. There was often music traveling up from somewhere on
the mountain and it made us really feel like we were in Europe. The
location is a bit out of San seb city but the bus stop is 100metres down

The apartments were very modern and private, overlooking the valley on the outskirts of San Sebastián. We specifically chose the location because we had a car we didn't want to use in the city and parking was free. The apartments were close to a bus stop with regular buses taking about 15 minutes to reach the centre of the city. The reception staff were very helpful in assisting us with a damage report we needed to fax to the leasing company.

The pension was spotlessly clean. My room was stylish and modern which isn't always that case in Spain! The bed was really comfortable and there wasn't much noise from other rooms which was great. The 'pension' is a delight. It is a small, family run enterprise in a back street, about four hundred yards from the main beach and eight hundred yards from the old town. It is spotlessly clean, recently refurbished and well run. The boss greets you on your arrival, sees to your very need and helps you with directions to a private, secure car park facility one hundred yards away. I would go back tomorrow - or whenever I next go to San Sebastián.

Really beautiful and comfortable palace with the surrounding countryside providing the perfect setting. Only 30mins drive to San Sebastián. 45 mins to Bilboa. Everything was just great. Not hard to find as we put the town location into the Gps and there were signs from the town intersection to the hotel. Hotel also provided us with plenty of info

Beautifully appointed and decorated hotel. Fabulous large bedroom. Staff were very professional, friendly and helpful.
Restaurant is outstanding. The chef - a charming guy - likes to meet his guests and talk about his dishes and the way he prepares them. The "black" fillet steak is brilliant!!
All highly recommended.
