  Very Nice clean hotel with friendly and effecient staff. Example:The fridge was noicy, and 15 minutes after mentioning it to the receptionist, it was changed. Not possible to reserve sunbeds made it possible for "normal people" to choose location. Very good restaurant, splendid breakfast buffet.   I liked everything, from the room to the buffet in the morning and evening (dinner). The cocktails in the pool bar in the evening are awesome (I advise you a Piña Colada....!), But the service in general is good. The spa is nice and the gym is a very nice little spot with everything one can need for warming up and working out. The location is very nice: - Amiable reception and cleaning staff, great spa pools. The room was clean with comfortable beds and a nice ocean view. Decent location, a 15 minute walk to the center of Agaete or to Puerto de Las Nieves, and near good hiking trails up to Tamadaba Forest. We didn't have a car and had no problems (though a bit of Spanish is very useful for the local taxi!). As a vegetarian, the dinner options were better than I expected. One of our favorite hotels we stayed at.

  Apart from the hotel which we LOVED, we liked the friendly locals. We rented bikes and cycled around and we were amazed by how nice all drivers were. Also when walking. Very good food in all restaurants we tried.   Pool side bar and staff where very nice and approachable. 24 hour reception. Room had fab layout as bedrooms where at the Bach. Which made the rooms very quiet Our one week stay was not enough. We could have stayed much longer - how clean it was and the way the rooms were cleaned every morning
