The place was great, full of green and trees. When we got there our host was Jose that was very polite and "cordial" all the time we needed to ask info about the place (all the staff in general was really nice) Value for money was great as well. Really lovely bungalows, very quiet and relaxing. Large private patio area with sunbeds surrounded by pretty plants and flowers. Maid service 5 times a week with linen and towel change. Free wi fi. very freindly reception staff

It was truly one of the best resorts that I stayed in with my dad.
Location, suites, staff, housekeeping, breakfast are all more than

Very Nice clean hotel with friendly and effecient staff. Example:The
fridge was noicy, and 15 minutes after mentioning it to the
receptionist, it was changed. Not possible to reserve sunbeds made it
possible for "normal people" to choose location. Very good
restaurant, splendid breakfast buffet. The Animation staff was excellent
with the children.

I liked everything, from the room to the buffet in the morning and
evening (dinner). The cocktails in the pool bar in the evening are
awesome (I advise you a Piña Colada....!), But the service in general is
good. The spa is nice and the gym is a very nice little spot with
everything one can need for warming up and working out. We checked out
at 3.

Amiable reception and cleaning staff, great spa pools. The room was clean with comfortable beds and a nice ocean view. Decent location, a 15 minute walk to the center of Agaete or to Puerto de Las Nieves, and near good hiking trails up to Tamadaba Forest. We didn't have a car and had no problems (though a bit of Spanish is very useful for the local taxi!). As a vegetarian, the dinner options were better than I expected. One of our favorite hotels we stayed at.

The garden and view is perfect. Location very good. Good service and rooms are really clean. It was super that there was no street noise coming through to our room. Breakfast was really ok. -

Loved the whole place! It felt roomy even when there were six of us (including two children) in the house. My teenage daughter loved the "penthouse" as she called the top floor, which she of course had all to herself.
The staff was friendly. The place felt a bit out of the way location-wise but that was exactly what we wanted. Will come back!!!
