I asked for a downstairs apartment and that is what I got. I stayed with my two elderly parents and they loved it. If you need anything ask.... yes it is a bit dated and wouldn't recommend for people with young kids as the pool is more adult orientated. ... ce que les gens disent » o the new town main strip. The staff are a credit to this apartment block! well done! - I love this place and have stayed there 2 or 3 times already. It's a family run business and they treat their guests a bit like family too. Javier will help you out with tips for your holiday and is always on hand to helpp out, if needed. They don't chare you for silly things like safe keys and the loan of a DVD player and I feel very 'ay home' when there. It's also great value for money and the apartments are a good size.

Loved the location- right beside restaurants, shops and close to the old town. the staff were so helpful and friendly. The pool loungers were very comfortable, pool area very clean and blissfully peacefull- no kids. Décor in the reception area was bright and cheerful especially the lounge area -

We loved every thing about the Fariones Playa. It was just perfect for us. Excellent staff, 2 mins walk to the Matagorda centro, full of bars, places to eat and a Spar. Really can't praise Nautilus enough and will def be back!!

Stayed for one week All Inclusive. Staff were fantastic, most efficient & pleasant, couldn't do enough for you. The layout of hotel was quite quirky, rooms v clean & serviced everyday. - Good location and very near the shops, restaurants of Puerto del Carmen. Pocillos Beach is on the doorstep but it's too windy for sunbathing...however lots of other beaches nearby

Very convenient to both old and new town ... 10 minute walk to the beach ... On site bar which serves food from morning till late very reasonable prices .... very friendly staff from the reception to the domestic staff anything we requested from more loo rolls to blankets were no problem staff very eager to please .... secure with a security coded

very reasonable in comparison to similar apartments in the area.
Apartments were bright and clean. The shower was much better than in
other properties. Having some English channels was a nice bonus for
