I liked very much the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, in particular the male manager (can't remember his name) and Nicola who helped me when I need to find medical help at short notice.
The service and selection at breakfast was outstanding and again, the staff who served breakfast were extremely helpful and friendly. -

Villa set in a nice quiet neighborhood. Outdoor pool & patio area very private. Villa well equipped and comfortable with plenty of space for our family of 2 adults & 2 teenage girls (Nintendo Wii in Villa a great idea). Staff very helpful and prompt when dealing with any minor issues or queries. Villa about 20 minute walk to center of Playa Blanca (only €3 in Taxi). Excellent family holiday, we will stay there again.

Excellent villa for a group of 6 friends. Nice and spacious and having our own private heated pool was a luxury. It's rare to find heated pools in the canaries! Didn't hire a car but a cab into playa blanca was 4euros between 6 of us. Beatrice was lovely and we had a problem with the lock on the bathroom door and someone arrived within 10 minutes

La classe... du hall d'entrée notamment. Les 4 * sont toujours comme celà ? the apartment we had was very spacious and comfortable, room layout felt amazing and quality of facilities on a very high level, including toaster and orange squeezer, nice new kettle. the hotel itself is extremely huge and it has thousands of small pools if you need some privacy and few large ones with entertainment for kids and adults.

We loved being able to see the mountains from the balcony, and the lovely layout of the resort. It was great for us as a family as there was plenty to see and do. The food was varied and to a high standard and we would love to come back and stay here again. The pool bartender (i think it was Josef) was very friendly and always made us welcome.
