Check-in outside office opening hours, on Sundays, or on bank holidays carries a EUR 50 surcharge. Please note that air conditioning is available from June to September for an obligatory surcharge of EUR 75 per week. Air conditioning is not available from October to May. Heating is available from October to May for an obligatory surcharge of EUR 18 per day. Heating is not available from June to September. Internet via USB is available for a EUR 36 surcharge per week. All surcharges should be paid 60 days in advance of the stay. After a booking has been made the property will contact guests to provide the villa address and key collection information. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Abahana Villas - Centro Comercial MORAVIT, 306 - Carretera Calpe-Moraira, 03724 Moraira. Please inform Holiday Villa Adore in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 1000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
