  A wonderfully warm welcome from accommodating hosts in a modern and cosy apartment. We were 30 minutes late due to getting totally lost in the roads around the apartment, but our host was still waiting patiently for us. Tip: print out the map that is on the website of the B&B, it really helped. The road starts and stops in different places. T... ce que les gens disent » here are no shops, bars or restaurants in the area, it’s about 20 minutes’ walk to the nearest shopping street, and not much choice there. So be prepa - Staff is supportive and friendly. Hotel is located on hill, thus 10-15 min you will have to incline, although this is rewarded with fantastic view on Barcelona. All main points of interest for tourists are located on nearby metro line, it take no more than 30 min to reach them. Good breakfasts with fresh crossaint, baguette, cheese and meat. There is also cereal, juice and coffee. In general very pleasant family type little hotel. Our next stay will be definetely in Anita's.

  Esteve, Daniela and the other members of the residencia are very friendly and helpful! Besides this place is clean and the price is fair. So I recomment this accommodation 100% (I travel a lot so I know a lot of guesthouses). Best wishes, Michael - Fantastic place, very nice owners, great time in BCN.   You can stop looking for that perfect place to stay in Barcelona, because this is it. It's in the PERFECT location - near amazing restaurants, boutique shops, shopping - and is very safe. We were 2 women travelling alone, and had no problem walking in this area late at night. The rooms are modern, clean, and lovely.
