  Nice place with all that we need during our Travel!! Realy clean, with air conditioning, situated near Placa de Catalonya, which is the centre of the city. Only few rooms are there, so there is no problem with bathroom. Friendly and helpfull host, with a good advices and words for everyone.   I felt very comfortable during my two days at Julian's. I just needed a bed and a shower so I booked the single room. Small but nice. Everything was new and clean. The metro station is right outside the door so you can get very quickly to the city center. You could not wish for a friendlier, more attentive, more professional host than Julian.

  Plenty of space in the larger apartment and the luxury of air con. Apartment was also clean/modern and right next to Rocafort metro station. Plenty of cafes nearby for breakfast / coffee and small 24 hour shops for supplies. - Excelent treatment we received from Regina, the owner. Great woman. B&B very well located.   This place is in the heart of Eixample in a very nice area. We had a superior room with a nice balcony to the main road (it is quite noisy even at night, but if you use earplugs there is no problem). Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Hostel's balcony was really good to have breakfast. Calm and warm environment you feel like your home. Hope to come again, I absolutely recommend this hostel.

Good value for money B&B with excellent staff to assist with booking. The daily breakfast was good value.
