It was our first time in Bcn. Staying at Backpackers House Bcn make us feel like home. Its location very in the city center; very convenience to walk around in the city, to take a bus, to take a metro/train. The bus and metro stations are just around the corner. We want to go again to Barcelona and SURELY we will stay again at Backpacker House Bcn

Excellent positioning - 2 min on foot from a shopping
area/Starbucl/Universitat Metro and max 10-15 min on foot from
Placa de Catalunya and La rambla. It saves you a lot of time if you want
to visit places and don't like to spend too much time in the subway
or with your map trying to see where the nearest subway is. The
personell is very nice and the places looks pretty well.

We enjoyed our stay here! Very homely and the staff we very accommodating especially with all our tourist questions. Very close to Las Ramblas and all the fun. Would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to do Barcelona on the cheap. -

I was impressed how the hostel can be made. Here you have everything you need: kitchen, laundry, cells for you things, Internet, useful information about city sights and free excursions, different events. Barcelona is pretty expensive city so that place is the best variant if you want open the Barcelona for yourself and spend little money. But you

The staffs are really helpfull. The rooms are clean, cute and comfortable. I am not get use to stay in hostel but this hostel i didnt feel myself uncomfortable. The hostel is close to The Rambla Street and it is really close to metro station.

Location was amazing. Starbucks across the street, shops, restaurants and Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas within walking distance. Equally close to the metro and sightseeing tour buses. Coming into the airport, I was able to get on the inexpensive Aerobus and get dropped off at Pl. Catalunya which made it even better when carrying my luggage. This

This was my first time in a hostel & it was a good experience. Location was the best. Placa Catalunya is a good starting point to see the whole of Barcelona, links to the whole city from there. Next to La Rambla, supermarkets & several high st shops. Rooms were spacious, loved the plug socket, nightlight & privacy curtain. To save money I bought food from local supermarket & used the hostels kitchen facilities. Very useful under bed lockers, my belongings were always safe there.

Staff, facilities, location.
I took the train from Madrid to Barcelona and stayed here. Its close enough to walk from the station (I only had a backpack though), checked in and got my keys, and the rest was cake. Cool lockers you can lock with your key card, free internet downstairs, and the breakfast was also pretty cheap and pretty good.

Staff are helpful and very friendly, specially the amazing (Ricardo), the guy at the front-desk.
Security arrangements and comfortable beds.
The very central location of Urbany made it very easy to reach for the top landmarks and sightseeing.
Very easy to reach from the BCN airport; A1 bus from the airport till Place De Catalunya, then a 3 minutes walk through the Gran Via street to the hostel.
The place is more of a youth hostel and suitable for budget travelers.

Definitely the location + the kindness of the lady who was taking care of the space. She is so friendly and so helpful. You kind of feel yourself sharing home with 'old friends' and not really in a hostel. I only stayed over for a night but it was enough to feel the spirit of the place.
Another point I gotta mention here is the view from the balco

really nice people. never have been in a hostel where's such a friendly stuff! I really enjoyed staying there, also the rooms are very nice and clean. the stuff appreciates silence, that's another pleasent thing about. It's nearby Placa Catalunya, therefore very central in a nice neighborhood of Barcelona.

The Polish lady on reception when I checked in was really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and sufficiently spacious for a single. The fan provided made up for the slightly stuffy atmosphere. Great outside communal terrace.
