I can strongly recommend this place to people who look for something cozy, stylish, not typical. You feel more like at home, not like in a hotel. There is a common space for the guests where you can sit around big table, drink high quality coffee (free of charge) and relax.

Very friendly and helpful staff who spoke very good English and put themselves out to help in any way they could. Tea and coffee facilities were excellent even though not located in individual rooms, with complementary fresh milk and bottled watered. Air conditioning. Had a great stay at these apartments, reasonably basic inside but
everything you need for a comfortable break. The location was good,
roughly a 15-20min walk to the Las Ramblas, 5 mins away from the
underground and a few mins away from one of the stops on the blue bus
tour route. If you want to eat out try Morryssom which is a small tapas

apartment, Very comfortable for two adults (double bed) and two kids (2
single beds), if more people staying in, there was a sofa bed also...

Propreté, proximité des transports et des sites touristiques, quartier très agréable, appartement très fonctionnel - L'appartement est bien situé, dans un quartier populaire ou l'on trouve de nombreux magasins et superettes ouvertes tard. Welcome and facilities were great.We were able to park the car, for a fee, in the underground car park. Free wi fi was great for the children and we were able to book tickets in advance for trips. Location could not have been better, able to walk to many sight seeing locations and right on the edge of all the posh shops. Gracia is great with tapas

The flat was beautifully decorated , well equipped , quiet , clean and perfect for a family .
