  This hotel is excellent for location and comfort at a very reasonable price. We were able to park free of charge outside the hotel and used the Metro, which is 5 mins walk from the hotel, to travel into the centre of Madrid in 20 mins. The hotel is modern with free wifi and the room very comfortable with a generously sized shower. Staff were pol... ce que les gens disent » ite and helpful. Another plus is an Italian Restaurant 'Ginos' situated near the Metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Madri - The metro station is situated with 2-3 minutes walk. Free parking is just outside the hotel. If you wish to have a more secure / private parking, the hotel could provide. The hotel is just between the city centre and the airport. There will be no problem to call a taxi. Value for money.

  The Receptionist were very nice especially named; Ignacio, Martha and Christina Hervasc. The Cleaning Staff was very helpful and friendly while providing us with all of out needs. Great Location; Near the metro and other main streets but at the same time quite and off to the side. - Super friendly staff, speak in english, french.
