Brilliant location - right in front of the train station, direct to Barajas, at the same time close to all sightseeing, easy walkable distance and away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist places. Our room was overlooking the Royal Palace. Beds are comfortable enough, very nice décor in the room, big bathroom. Fantastic value for money -

Casa de Campo park. Room was nice and tidy and the bed was ok to sleep.
Some small restaurants are nearby and the old centrum incl. The Royal

Le Lit "MY BED" est excellent - The bed and bathroom. And the hotel always smelt lovely and clean. Disabled facilities were great. - Very, naturally friendly people at reception. Seldom nowadays.

Situation, espace de la chambre, propreté, confort de la literie - La location était excellente. 2minutes de marche de la station de metro et le métro est tres bien organisé.25 minutes de marche du centre Playa Del Sol. Endroit tres tranquil et sécuritaire et pres de tout à la fois.Le personel de l'hotel étaient bien de serviable.

Superbe hôtel, bien situé, a deux pas du métro. La piscine/spa etc sontpayants, mais c'est pas plus mal, ça évite qu'il y'ait des milliersd'enfants par exemple... On est tranquille au moins. La déco est sublime(l'éclairage notamment est bien étudié) - La décoration moderne et l'équipement des chambres. la situation de l'hôtel juste à côté du métro.

From the moment you approach this hotel you feel welcome. The staff are true professionals who are happy to go the extra mile. The rooms are small but perfectly formed with wonderful design touches and very efficient a/c and water pressure. The food is excellent and good value, although the breakfast at first seems expensive, the choices are amazing and well worth it. But what really makes this hotel is the staff. If you enjoy good service this is the place to stay in a fantastic area of madri

The hotel is very centrally located on Calle Cava Baja, a street lined

The location was ideal, just 2 minute walk from Plaza Mayor and the city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although it is a 3 star hotel and very small it is not short of all the amenities you would expect in a 4/5 star hotel. The restaurant has an excellent atmosphere and good quality food. The breakfast the hotel offered is the best I've ever had (even compared to 5 star hotels). If you can afford to stay at any of the attic rooms, I strongly recommend it...wow!!!

Back from a 3 night stay. Lovely Hoel. Very friendly, helpful staff. Our
room was on 2nd floor but were told on checking in that they would move
us to a higher floor the next day if we found the room noisy. We were
overlooking the Gran Via but we didn't need to move. Room was large
and cleaned with fresh towels daily. It had a little kitchenette o

bedroom with everything you needed except a kettle but there was a
saucepan to boil water. Also a fully stocked fridge with very reasonable
prices. -
The staff where very helpful and pleasant and the room was very quiet. We loved the kitchenette which was ideal if we chose to cook & eat in. The location on Gran Via was excellent i.e. close to shops, tourist attractions and Metro which was easy to & from airport. I enjoyed every day in this hotel & would use this hotel on another visit to Madrid. Highly recommended.
