  The Hotel was just like the reviews we´d read. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and staff friendly and helpful. Being so close to the Metro meant travelling into the center of Madrid was easy.   bon quartier - everything was perfect, staff very nice - The room upgrade was a wonderful touch. Service was excellent, and the accomodations very adequate.

  It was unbelievable service, the stuff can solve absolutely any question, they are very attentive and charming. Really the best hotel I ever been! - Great service, Extremely helpful staff. You have all you need to relax and feel comfortable. Silence in the room. Impressive design.
