  This is a very nice place well centered. Gracia is a nice quarter. The service is excellent especially Manuel who is a very nice person very patient and service oriented. The triple room is a nice room as we have enough space for bagages and personal stuff. - The owner is friendly, helpful, talkative but not too much. All I wanted is a phone number, but he called and acted as the translator between me and the other side on the phone. He still remembers what we wanted even in the next couple days when we meet him. 2) The lock on the main gate is broken. He came at 1am to fix it, though he didn - Value for money: My wife and I where really astonished (specially coming from Paris). The rooms were absolutely amazing for what we paid. Quiet, very clean, huge space, nice terrace were we could drink some wine at night. Just perfect! LOCATION: Couldn't be better. It's in the quiet part of Paseo de Gracia. We loved it cause it's very calm at night. You're just 10 min walking from Plaza Cataluña and 5 min from all the main shopping and Metro Paseo de Gracia. STAFF: I would say this is the best

  The best hotel I have ever stayed during my trip in Europe.The nicely-decorately apt is located in a building with a traditional styled elavator. The room service and facility is quite good and the apt decoration is modern and styish. There are some books and maps of the city who shows the owner of the apt is attentive to the needs of guests. We are so impressive and will definately spend more days there next time in Barcelona. - The owner Santiago met us upon arrival at the apartment. He gave us a very thorough run down of Barcelona and recommended local tapas bars and restaurants. The apartment is in a nice residential area away from the main hustle and bustle and it furnished to a high standard. It is within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions and metro. It would have no reservation in recommending these apartments to friends.

The location is very comfortable because of closeness of metro station and two central beautiful streets - Diagonal and Gracia. The breakfasts were good as for guest house.
