Apartments highly recommended. We got a very warm welcome on arrival from the owner, who gave as area maps, marked important things like supermarkets, pharmacy, metro, shops, places to visit e.t.c.
Staff is always willing to help.
We were allowed to check-in 1,5 hours before stated time (just let them know what time you expect to arrive).

Apartment was spacious and well presented and facilities were good. Staff were pleasant and attentive and spoke very good English. Staff are available in office below during working day and can be contacted out of hours. They were able to offer good advice on enjoying the tourist experience including a simple way to obtain advance tickets to the main tourist attractions (for which I would definitely recommend advance booking unless you like standing in queues). I felt warmly welcomed by the staff. He was amazing and absolutely charming! Most importantly I find my room very clean and comfortable. Great bed and mattress. We travel to many countries for holiday, but this is one of the best stays, thanks to Home to Home Barcelona.
Close to many interesting places including Plazza Espanya, Magic Fountain and Spanish Village. The city tour bus and Airport bus both stop at Plazza Espanya. There is a small but well stocked market Condis close by (open 9am-21pm), bakery shop, butcher, grocer, delicatessen just around the corner.

Excellent Facilities in the apartment and very comfy, Air Con was
brilliant and so was the Wi Fi service, staff were very helpful. Very
well equipped apartment with washing machine, ironing board and iron and

the centre near La Rambla was about 15 minutes or 5 minutes on the Metro
service, the station is almost next door to the apartment so very handy.

When we checked in, after a 7 day cruise with Royal Caribbean Cruises,
we met with Sandra Tena a few streets down from the actual apartment.
She was very nice and helpful and gave advise where ever she could
regarding shopping, dining, etc. We have done many trips to bcn and the
location in Eixample is great with many shops and restaurants. If you
like pizza, go where the locals go, there is a pizza place on the same
street of c/ Villaroel 101, called La Bella Napoli. In overall, our

we stayed there for a long weekend to enjoy Barcelona with my big family of 4 child. The location is perfect, from Sans Estació 10 minutes walking distance and 30 minutes to any turist location or 5 minutes to Metro station. The apartment is very new and with the two rooms, big livingroom and good enough kitchen -

Friendly helpful staff willing to help in anyway possible, good planned night activities including pub crawls and a tasty paella night. Superb location seconds from the metro and the airport train. Very good value and the breakfast included was much appreciated. -
