  The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were attending a concert that happened to be out of town. The man in reception took out maps, bus timetables etc. and worked out how to get there for us and which bus to take. The woman in the morning was equally as helpful in recommending a good place for breakfast.   Room was very clean; fresh linens every day. I found it to be quiet. Location allowed me to walk to many of the tourist destinations. Desk was always staffed and staff were helpful. - They deliver what they promise. The place is extremely clean and the staff is very friendly. The hostel is very small but quite comfortable.

  Easy 9min walk from bus-station. Joan on the night desk was very cheerful and helpful, despite limited English (but he makes the effort). 24hr front desk. Nice wall tiling. Standing fans in rooms are very effective. - big twin room. Clean and functional. Nice staff who were helpful even if they dont speak English.
