The breakfast buffet was 5 Euros and there was a different choice of coffee, cereal, yoghurt, bread, meat and cheese. The room was large and clean with high ceilings and the wifi signal was strong. A woman at the front desk was very helpful and voluntarily gave us a lot of information about the history of the city, what to do and what to see. She was great. The location was good, too. It's within walking distance to both Alcazar and Seville Cathedral.

The situation of the hotel is unique. Close to the entrance of the Alcazar, it faces a small, lovely, quiet square. The roof top terrace gives you the best view of the famous Giralda clock tower of the Cathedral. Breakfast in the morning and drinks at night are served on the roof top terrace. I liked the location in between the airport and the Cathedral. Possible to walk from and to the airport. No taxis or buses are needed to the main attractions. I liked the spacious apartment. I also liked the young lady, Marisa, at the reception, who welcomed us, showed us round the apartment and gave us tips for our holiday. She is a warm welcoming person who helped out when needed and is an asset to SleepinSevilla.

Staff in the reception was very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was really nice and staff allways provided us with a bottle of water before leaving the hotel. The location of the hotel is great, just 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral and Alcazar. The room was spacious and the bathroom was huge. The decoration of the hotel is very elegant

All in all a fine hotel but nothing extraordinary except very helpful staff. Location was good but very hard to find. Thanks to the review of a previous guest we mentioned the name Plaza Santa Cruz to the taxi driver which we took after we parked our car at a far away and very expensive public parking. Breakfast was so so, not even eggs or fresh juıce.

We loved the location and the extra space. Been travelling for a long time and enjoyed being able to cook our own meals. There is a better supermarket than those named by the apartment next to the #11 red bus stop (ask at the tourist information). BEST OF ALL... we had a problem with two broken lights and toaster. The location was wonderful. Next to everything but still in a small street. Only as noisy as the noise was from the the cute bar around the corner. Didn't bother us. Was easy to come and go. Good for cooking if you wish to do so.
