Not noisy, close to the center and is accessible by car, parking on the street, if you're lucky, or in an underground paid parking nearby. -

Pension Alameda is family owned. The whole family is very willing to
help. Some have limited English. The room is clean. As other have
commented it is a bit noisy. But then you are based at the square which
is full of life in the weekends. It didn't disturb me, but I imagine
it might be a but noisier in the high season. Good value for money. Some

This place is located at Alameda de Hercules which is one of the most post popular places in Sevilla. If you like walking you can easily start your city tour from this place. You can easily reach to the river side and continue to your walk throughout the river. Or you may go from the inside of the city and see the city life.
There are good restaurants, cafes, bars&pubs around the place. You can come to the place by bus from the train station. If you get the bus 33 it only takes 15 minutes w
