The appartment was spacious, light and airy. Walking distance of many places of interest. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The area felt very safe.

The location is nice if you use buses to reach near places like the Ramblas & Plaça Catalunya and the metro station to reach the far places as it is a little bit far 10-15 minutes walking to Hospital Clinic or Universtat stations and you will change Lines. I liked the new furniture.

Trés bon rapport qualité prix ! L'appartement est vraiment beau, design, les équipements sont très récents et confortables. Il y a même une baignoire à bulles qui n'est pas notée dans le descriptif!

It's very nice appartment, almost in the center of the city, 10 minutes walking from Plaza de Espana and 15 minutes - from Plaza de Catalunya. Location is great.
And Paulo, the host, was very nice and helpful.
Room was quite comfortable and clean.
But there are 5 rooms and you have to keep quiet to not disturb your neighbors .
Minimal breakfast is included .

I liked the location, only a couple of blocks from Las Ramblas Catalunia, in walking distance to the Gaudi homes he built, walking distance to the Plaza Catalunia, the shopping district, restaurants all around this location, and the cute little street we were on. Could sit outside on a bench right in front of the facility. The apartments are modern. The breakfast was very good with lots of options of breads, cereals, fruits, cheeses, had orange juice and coffee.
