  The apartment was very clean, very spacious for two people. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The bed was very comfortable, we got good sleep. Location is 2 minutes walk from Alameda de Hercules which has some of the top tapas bars in Seville. The neighbourhood is atmospheric.   Pension Alameda is family owned. The whole family is very willing to help. Some have limited English. The room is clean. As other have commented it is a bit noisy. But then you are based at the square which is full of life in the weekends. It didn't disturb me, but I imagine it might be a but noisier in the high season. Good value for money.
