We loved the location. We arrived in the city at 9am after our flight, dropped our bags at the hostel and walked to a nearby cafe then to the Sagrada Familia. Our bags were in our apartment by 2pm and we enjoyed the great coffee provided and the size and comfort of the modern, clean rooms. The apartments are an easy walk to the city attractions including the flower and food market, the main streets and a Hop On Hop off bus stop. Excellent location close to the Sagrada Familia, Pedrera and Casa Batllo, and main streets including the Avinguda Diagonal, Passeig de Gracia and Rambla de Catalunya. Great little grocery shop just a couple of doors down, open till 2300 even on Sundays! Fantastic cafe bar on the other side with streetside tables. it was a family holiday trip, had a wonderful time. We spent 5nights with a 7yr and a 4 year old. We booked this place because it had everything we thought we wanted.
From start to finish the Apartment was nice and clean ,receptionist Clara was really friendly, polite and helpful .

These apartments have a lot of space which allowed everyone to have their own rooms.
They were equipped with everything you could need except toothpaste. The bathroom came with towels, shower gel and toilet paper.
It was very easy to find and near kfc, burger king and McDonald's so if you didn't want to cook you had those choices.
A small shop is opposite and is open until late for basic groceries and a larger one is a few minutes away.
The beach is a ten minute bus ride and easy to find.

We stayed in one of the penthouse apartments with my elderly parents and two children. The location was superb, a few blocks from the Passeig de Gracia, many local restaurants nearby as well as stores and a very cool local market/grocery store. The apartment was really clean, we had a one bedroom for me and my husband and our two little ones. The sofa bed was comfortable and the apartment was a good size. There was also a dishwasher and a washing machine which was handy. There was also a local Condis convenience store few doors down which helped and the local El Carmel me to station was 10 minutes walk down the road
