  So far it was one of the best acommodation experiences I`ve had. I booked a single room which is kind of small but it was ok for me. As I would come there only to sleep and stayed only for 4 nights it was no problem. Anyway, before booking I had thought it over properly and was neither surprised nor disappointed by the size. I especially liked the fact that you can find post- - Good location 5 minutes from the beach & the bus stop which is 30 seconds away no 14 takes you right to the bottom of las rambla. The facilities are good & I found the hotel staff very helpful & friendly! They gave me maps,& also booked my bus for me back to Gerona airport & booked a taxi to pick me up. The roof Terrace is also nice lovely views,also for smokers it the only place you can smoke,the rest of the place is strictly no smoking! There's a shopping centre near which

  We stayed in the huge attic apartment on the 7th floor of a fantastic old building. The location is central for sightseeing, shopping and eating. There is a terrace with table and chairs overlooking other rooftops, ideal in morning and evening. We arranged to meet a member of staff at an agreed time as there is no reception. Metro stop is right below and you'll are next to very nice El Born and Barrio Gotico areas. Las Ramblas street is not far too. Our apartment and bathroom were nice and clean and the kitchen was good too. We were welcomed by Virginia and all here advices for our 3-day visit were great.

  Pensio 2000 was a real find. Help yourself tea/coffee/cakes and water, all gratis. Even had lovely white dressing gowns provided. An international crossroad location with great mix of people too! No parking or lift but worth the effort. Great value for money but shame it rained! - Location of the hotel is excellent. Close to a metro station and in the middle of Las Ramblas and El Borne. In winter, el borne is a better place to be close rather than since la rambla. The staff has made really nice improvements and facilities in the hotel, that's nice. But some of the stuff like towels and sheets are really too old.

  Rooms are built within an appartement building giving you the feeling of having your own city loft. We had room 4 with a spacious patio overlooking the university building. Beautiful combination of old tile floors with authentic design. The area surroundin - Very warm welcome from Carlos which continued throughout our stay-couldnt have been more helpful. Room was a small Eco only but perfect for our two night stay as not needing a room to spend time in other than as a base. Wonderful bed and best sleep I've had for ages in hotel room (travel a lot with work). Great large shower- rain effect and seperate hand held.
