  I can strongly recommend this place to people who look for something cozy, stylish, not typical. You feel more like at home, not like in a hotel. There is a common space for the guests where you can sit around big table, drink high quality coffee (free of charge) and relax.   The location was perfect, as a family with no vehicle the location of our apartment was within walking distance to everything. The facilities like the bathroom, washing machine, and kitchen in the apartment were amazing they made our holiday a lot easier. The size was great and it was very comfortable. It was our home away from home. Very organized and a nice baby cot was already set up for us in the room. The door people working at the apartment were wonderful, friendly and helpful. Apartment was in a great part of town and very convenient and great access to Metro.

  The hostal is a very nice apartment (or two joint apartments) on the 3rd floor of a beautiful modernist house, with these old-style elements like shutters, tiled floor, wicker sofa, and separate taps for cold and hot water, and our room had a beautiful little balcony with forged railings. Everything in the apartment was not new, but it was clean ... ce que les gens disent » and everything was functioning well - cold/hot water, electricity. The hostesses, Maria and Martina, were very nice and helpful. Living in this real b - The entire hostal has great design features and the owners knew what vintage furniture pieces to ad in order to preserve its wonderful architecture. I especially loved the strained-glass windows and the original tiles in all rooms. My room was spaceous, with a great street view from the small balcony. The location is perfect: 5 minutes walk to Paseig de Gracia and another 5 minutes to Placa de Catalunya (also, metro stations and bus stations are very close). The owners are really nice and ready
