  Great place to have a quite retreat from the city. David spoke good English and was very helpful. The house is in a super location to find and to depart from if driving and a short walk to catch the metro into the heart of city or to the harbor. The room was nice clean and the beds great. It was very nice to have a little back yard to relax - Best appartment ever!!! The room is really spacious, the view from the balcony was nice.It feels really good when you sip the Sangria sitting on the balcony and the enjoy the sunshine from Barcelona!!! The owner David was so helpful, he prepared the map for us and gave lots of useful advice.The location was not that city center but very safe and close to the metro, it's about 10 mins walk which is nothing to me , cuz you can enjoy the view and everything. Highly recommend to ya'll~~~

  Superb location in an alley adjacent to plaza Catalunya and Corte Ingles. Friendly and helpful Gerard and Virginia. Although fairly basic esp the studio we took for the first two nights, it had everything, kitchen, TV, safe, safe, hair dryer although it was a tight squeeze in the shower. Gerard helped with the luggage as there wasn't a lift and gave us a map showing Barcelona's popular areas and sights. - The host was very friendly and was waiting for us when we arrived. She showed us around the apartment and provided us with a map of Barcelona. She helped us find the most popular attractions and also pointed out the nearest supermarket, which was very helpful. The apartment was very clean which is important us and it had all the basics necessary for a comfortable stay.

  I loved the presentation of the flats upon entering, the way the beds were made up, the fact that there was dishwashing liquid, tablets for the dishwasher, toilet paper, rubbish bags etc just to start. Lovely touches were the free bottle of wine and water, it's the little things.... Reception was always friendly and efficient and helpful. The space within the apartment 2. Being located in residential Barcelona was good so could sample how the locals lived 3. Having 2 showers was really useful 4. Having a balcony was good so we could dry our towels! 5. The utilities were good - kettle, fridge, etc - even towels and basic toiletries were included which was unexpected. 6. The complimentary bottle of Cava was a bonus!
