Very new and modern. Very clean and beautifully designed. Lovely reception and ground floor area. Fantastic location, very central. Nice spacious bedrooms with safe deposit box, lovely bathrooms and great, powerful showers, and very efiicient air conditioning. Small but adequate and welcome roof top area with pool. -

Location is amazingly in the center of the city; anywhere in the city is is pretty much reachable fairly cheap weather using the Metro or even by Taxi !

appointed with everything one needs to enjoy a self-catered holiday in Barcelona. Located in what first appears to be an unattractive, typical urban mixed-use setting, it was only a couple of blocks from the Sants railroad station and Placa de Espanya with the boulevard leading up to the Catalonian National Art Museum on Mont Juic.

Apartments highly recommended. We got a very warm welcome on arrival from the owner, who gave as area maps, marked important things like supermarkets, pharmacy, metro, shops, places to visit e.t.c.
Staff is always willing to help.
We were allowed to check-in 1,5 hours before stated time (just let them know what time you expect to arrive).

Apartment was spacious and well presented and facilities were good. Staff were pleasant and attentive and spoke very good English. Staff are available in office below during working day and can be contacted out of hours. They were able to offer good advice on enjoying the tourist experience including a simple way to obtain advance tickets to the main tourist attractions (for which I would definitely recommend advance booking unless you like standing in queues). The location is perfect, from Sans Estació 10 minutes walking distance and 30 minutes to any turist location or 5 minutes to Metro station. Jose is wonderful host, save us money by giving many usefull informations, and fulfill some our wishes; he is very reliable. There is many good and cheap markets, restaurants, taco bars, shops and other in the neighborhood, and it is close to city center and many other Barcelona sights. Apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable.
