Le personnel est très sympathique et parle français, anglais et allemand donc on n'a vraiment aucune difficulté pour se faire comprendre. Even we managed to walk to Placa de Catalunya where we catch the Aerobus to the airport. Facilities are complete and working perfectly, with adequate towels provided daily. We really felt better then home, the place has got a fantastic decor (just renovsted) and they had lot of attention to every detail and to our needs.
