1- The service was amazing and as being a boutique hotel they pay attention to guests request.
2- Perfect location, walking distance from all the main areas.

The location was superb for our holiday purposes. Placa Reial was a great buzzy place to be, but yet the double glazing ensured a good night's sleep in our rooms which overlooked it.
The staff were excellent: helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them.
We loved the included minibar and breakfast, and the fruits etc provided fresh every day.

This review related to the apartment at Hospital 24. Location excellent, 30 seconds to Las Ramblas and Liceu metro but apartment itself very quiet with pleasant secluded balcony. Ideal for 2 people and all relevant equipment provided, comfortable; luxury would be stretching it. Wifi available but not that quick. Check-in agent
