Excellent location in the middle of old town. Short walk to Cathedral and Palace Alcazar. Next to tapas bars. The place had loads of character, we loved the quirky shapes and designs of the place and our room was delightful, and there are some lovely public spaces. The location was absolutely brilliant, right in the heart of Santa Cruz and close to the cathedral. It was amazing to get such good value accommodation in this spot. The staff were lovely, and we really enjoyed our stay here. The facilities are basic, but for people on a budget, the Vergara is a cut above.

The breakfast buffet was 5 Euros and there was a different choice of coffee, cereal, yoghurt, bread, meat and cheese. The room was large and clean with high ceilings and the wifi signal was strong. A woman at the front desk was very helpful and voluntarily gave us a lot of information about the history of the city, what to do and what to see. She was great. The location was good, too. It's within walking distance to both Alcazar and Seville Cathedral.

Staff in the reception was very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was really nice and staff allways provided us with a bottle of water before leaving the hotel. The location of the hotel is great, just 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral and Alcazar. The room was spacious and the bathroom was huge. The decoration of the hotel is very elegant

All in all a fine hotel but nothing extraordinary except very helpful staff. Location was good but very hard to find. Thanks to the review of a previous guest we mentioned the name Plaza Santa Cruz to the taxi driver which we took after we parked our car at a far away and very expensive public parking. Breakfast was so so, not even eggs or fresh juıce.

This Pension was centrally located and was a great value for our stay in Seville. Despite the fact that the showers are shared, we did not have any problems showering in the morning. Excellent location, walking distance to everything and right around the corner from some cool looking restaurants and bars. It's about a 20min walk from the train station as well. The room was tiny with just a bed, desk and sink, but I didn't need more. The shared bathrooms are very clean and there is a courtyard where you can hang out. Very nice and helpful staff. All in all for the price I don't think you can find better!

I really enjoyed staying here not only for the free sangria but because it was close to the main sights I wanted to see like the Cathedral and Alcázar. I did find it easier to get to the hostel from the stop before the one they tell you but that could just be me!

Not my first tript to the Bienvenido and it will not be my last. It is very central, very clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They accomodated all my requests with a smile :-) I can thoroughly recommend the Bienvenido - a great and comfortable place to stay right in the middle of Seville! -

Brilliant location. Great restaurants on the street itself, short walk away from charming Barrio Santa Cruz and it's winding streets, La Giralda and the Real Alcazar (main attractions). Seville itself is a great city and I would recommend anyone wanting to explore Spain to stop by. Hotel staff were friendly.

Spotless rooms located around a central courtyard. Helpful owner despite his very limited English. It is located 10 minutes walk from the Cathedral and close to other attractions. Bus and v central to main sights.T he Pensione is of excellent standard and comfortable,v clean and even single rooms they hve decent space.(.Better than even 3stars hotel in london EG Holiday inn where one could barely swing a cat and was v mediocre)
