They hustled us up to our room to rest right away, and let us deal with the checking in later in the afternoon. (summer 2013) The staff (Eduardo, Beatrice, Ivan, Alberto) at this hotel really made our stay in the city memorable and comfortable. The restaurant/bar consistently presented meals to us that were photo-worthy and great value. We found the service exceptional, especially at the end of a long, busy tourist season. We most appreciated the hot drin - The room was perfect in convenience and decor. The staff was extremely caring, hospitalble and helpful. Everything possible to make our stay more pleasant was provided from calling taxis to providing breakfast when we had an early departure. The receptionist wrote out, in Spanish, the symptoms when we had to visit urgent care. We extended our stay two nights because we enjoyed the ambiance and staff so much I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santiago.
