  L'accueil très chaleureux que nous avons reçu, j'ai rarement eu un accueil pareil dans un hôtel. La situation de l'hôtel est super, on peut presque tout faire à pied et sinon juste en bas de la rue il y a le métro et un peu plus haut un arrêt de bus.   We stayed in the suite which was simply gorgeous. The balcony, shaped tub, remote controlled curtains, reflective glass, see-through glass, mirrors, and lighting, all contributed to an intimate setting. The wardrobe had plenty of space and the music from the tv system was free. The hotel's library, livingroom, artwork, outdoor space with sunhats - We enjoyed the juxtaposition of the historic building and painted ceilings against the modern decor. The staff was very helpful in giving us restaurant recommendations and directions to the sites. The breakfasts were delicious and diverse (instead of the bread and coffee most B&Bs serve). It was extremely clean and very intimate given there are only 7 rooms. We ate breakfast on the private patio every morning where we enjoyed architecture hidden from passersby on the street.   Excellent! The owners are wonderful people, very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the morning conversations with the other guests while enjoying the excellent breakfast. The rooms are impeccably clean and the bedding is just perfect. Also very good location. The room was spacious and well appointed with a balcony into the street with double pane soundproof windows. But as a traveler who likes to walk everywhere, having an American size shower was a dream come true!   It's cheap! We really liked the interior of this old building. Nice ceiling, nice tiling. Almost antique ;) And a clean (shared) bathroom! The staff is friendly. Location is excellent. - Spacious and cheap room. In the centre of Barcelona, approximately 500 metres from The Rambla.
