The location was great! Very close to the beach and you can see it from
the balcony. Walking distance to the mall and restaurants. The apartment
was cozy and well decorated...spacious. When you book, you'll get an
email from the hotel asking for information and they tell you to call

It was a really nice little studio apartment in an excellent location,
just a few minutes walk from the beach, right next to super markets and
restaurants and walking distance to the center. It was really clean and
comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with basics like olive oil, tea
and coffee. I would definitely stay there again. The staff were friendly
and helpful.

Simple sleek minimal style accomodation. We had attic apartment and were pleasantly surprised to find a great outdoor terrace with loungers and table and stools. Great views amongst the rooftops of the barri gothic. Felt safe and secure. Helpful staff around most of the day. Pretty high up with massive drop off terrace so perhaps not great if your kids are naughty and don't listen to your absolute rules re looking over the edge! The hotel was very centrally located within a few minutes walking distance of busy las ramblas & close to many restaurants & a supermarket.
The apartment room was large & spacious to accommodate my family of 4 including 2 teenagers. The bathroom was very spacious as well & the kitchenette was well equipped.

Lovely location in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, but in a small side
street so it is nice and quiet. The rooms are lovely with the exposed
wall and slate tiled bathrooms. Staff were really helpful and
recommended places to eat and go see, and generally very friendly and
attentive. Fantastic location near all the bars and restaurants, and
about 5-7 min walk to the food market, and tube (metro) station. We
didn't use the swimming pool as we went in March (still too cold)
but it did look tiny.

Location was the best right in the gothic area in the Placa San Jaume square. I loved the attic room . Very spacious and the terrace was to die for. Bed was a wee bit hard but not an issue. Plenty of hot water and amenities. They supply you with the basics. No paper products aside from toilet paper. Very comfortable. Definitely will stay he

The staff is helpful that helps me to find its office although it is
hard to find. Meanwhile, the apartment is absolutely worth the price
that it is big with a large balcony. Strongly recommended!
