After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. -A fully refundable security deposit of 150 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages. -Please note that a final cleaning fee of 65 EUR is not included in the price. -Please note that kitchen linen are not included in the room rate. Guests can bring their own. -Bed linen are available for an additional cost of 15 EUR p.p./change. -Bath towels are available for an additional cost of 7 EUR p.p./change. -Please note that heating fee of 7 EUR/night is not included in the rent. In case guests want to use it should pay it separately on site.
