Please note that check-in after 20:00, on Sundays, or public holidays carries a surcharge of EUR 50. Once a booking has been made, the property manager will contact the guest directly to provide the address and key collection details. Please note that heating is not included in the cost. Heating is available from October to May at an obligatory extra cost of EUR 13.75 per day. Please note that air conditioning is not included in the cost. Air conditioning is available from June to September at an obligatory extra cost of EUR 100 per week. All extra charges must be paid 60 days in advance. The property will contact you with details after booking. A damage deposit of EUR 700 is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out as long as there have been no damages to the property. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Centro Comercial Moravit, 306, Carretera Calpe-Moraira, 03724 Moraira. Please inform Abahana Villa Elfriede in advance of your expected arrival time. A security deposit of EUR 700 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
