From the minute we booked Stay Together Apts., the staff Hector and Alvaro made sure to communicate periodically offering help and advice. They were available 24/7. Everything! This place was perfect for us. 6 girls away for the weekend to celebrate a 40th birthday and the apartment was perfect. Hector was always there when we needed him - he gave excellent advice about places to go out in the evening, discounted tickets for the tour buses etc. He offered to get a cake for the birthday girl and put up a banner in the apartment for us. Location was fantastic and we were parents traveling with adult children. Very spacious with a lovely decor and ambience. Well appointed with full kitchen and laundry facilities plus en suites for both bedrooms. After a full day out it was lovely to come back to such comfort and spend the evening in. We had a very warm greeting as soon as we entered the Hotel, from Alex. Although in travelling, my expectations do not include that everyone speaks English; but, your staff spoke it extremely well, which makes travelling so much easier. The apartment was in a fantastic location and was very well appointed. It was very roomy for five people and the staff was helpful. My only small complaint is the street noise which was present throughout the night and could not be blocked. Of course this is the price you pay for such a convenient location on a big city, but if you are a light sleeper it could be a problem. Otherwise a fantastic choice.
