I cannot fault the Sahara Sunset Club one bit. We were a Hens party from Ireland so on first impression we thought we would be too roudly for the families with small children. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We were made welcome. On
arrival which was almost midnight we were pleasantly surprised to find a
large bottle of water and some milk in our fridge, plus some sachets of
tea, coffee and sugar. The whole place was spotlessly clean. Plenty of
clean towels and linen. The Casbah cafe served good food at a fair
price. Excellent entertainment in the evenings. If I was to go to this
area of Spain again I would definately stay here.

The atmosphere was quiet, relaxing and tranquil away from the business of Mijas and yet within comfortable walking distance 5 - 10 minutes to the town centre. The hotel is very nice. The hospitality of Thomas and jutta was very good. Breakfast very nice. Walking distance from mijas town. Beautifull views from our private terrace. These people (staff la jamisa) really do their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We loved it and would certainly go back. Highly recommended !

The fridge in the room - Peace and quiet, no night time noise. Food was very good, wide choice! Impressed with the pool area. Staff were very friendly, helpful and effecient. Situated very close to the railway station.

For us the location is excellent because as much as possible when we are on holiday we prefer not to drive and it is very easy if you are resonably fit to walk into Fuengirola. Terrace was very nice and sunny.The wiew was beautiful.The appartment was big enough for parents, 3 teenager and 2 year old boy. 2 bathrooms were nice and it was easy to cook in small kitchen and the window to terrace from kitchen made it easy to handle food to terrace :-) Electric warmers in every room were nececcery and thoughtfull.

As a single Mum I visited Los Amigos Beach Club with my 10 year old son for a week in April 2013. Fabulous place! Friendly staff, excellent facilities! The location was excellent, esp if you have a car, as can reach the
mountains in 1 - 1 1/2 hrs, also only a short drive to Furmuglia?
And shopping centre. All the staff were helpful, but I would especially
like to commend Juanina on reception who was very informative and
especially polite. Is currently being renovated, staff try to minimize
any inconvenience. Great price and good standard.
