This was my 2nd visit to san marcial, I love both the staff and the apartment complex. Everything is on your doorstep and the staff are extremely helpful. Had both a family holiday and a girls holiday, both very different but totally lovely. -

Stayed in Villa No 3. It was excellent. It has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and Kitchen/Diner. Pool not too big but perfect for cooling down. BBQ area. The villa was perfect..close to the beach and only a 2 minute walk from the shops.Included at the villa were towels which were changed every two days by the cleaning staff,a washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer basically if you needed it it was there.We were met by Beatriz on arrival ...She is so friendly and welcoming and was at the end of a phone if needed. Well equipped rooms, on-site shop. Air Con is additional to the price on letsbookhotel.com, at 5€ a day, worth it!
Excellent staff, 2 mins walk to the Matagorda centro, full of bars, places to eat and a Spar. Really can't praise Nautilus enough and will def be back!!

The hotel is very good standard for 4 star. The buffet has excellent choice of food but can be busy especially in the evening. Great facilities for children and the animation team were very good with mini disco. Beautiful pools with paddle pool for small toddlers. Location right near the beach very handy also. -

Great location, the buffets for both breakfast and dinner are fine. The pool area is also a very attractive feature of this place. The room itself was practical and had airco, we didn't experience noise from the neighbors.

We enjoyed everything about our stay.With in one hour of our arrival we upgraded to all inclusive from half board because we could see no reason to leave this place during our stay.The location is like a little oasis of heaven if you want to just relax and do as little as possible to recharge your batteries.It is so easy to get to from the airport, just a little over 10 Eoro's and about 5 mins.We will deffinately go back :-)

Stayed for one week All Inclusive. Staff were fantastic, most efficient & pleasant, couldn't do enough for you. The layout of hotel was quite quirky, rooms v clean & serviced everyday. On arrival , we were checked in by rafeal .he went out of his way to
find out for us which bottled water was low sodium , as the water was
for our 4 month old baby .he rang his wife to find out . The apartment

We have just returned from a week long stay in Club del Carmen. This was our fourth trip to Lanzarote and our first stay in this wonderful apartment complex. The apartments are superbly equipped, beds very comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. All apartments are south facing and balconies get full sunshine. We hope to return next year.

Spotlessly clean everywhere. Very friendly staff. Wide choice of food at breakfast and dinner buffets. Excellent location right on Playa de los Pocillos - easily the best beach on the island. - We enjoyed every part of our stay at Hotel Las Costas and will defenitly be going again.
