  Small to medium size complex, maintained to a very high standard. Total of 69 self-accommodation bungalows, many adapted for disabled visitors. Accommodation very Ikea in style. Cleaned 6 days per week and bedding/towel change twice per week Excellent staff who respond to information and requests without delay. Fantastic sea front is approx 100mtrs from this site - Everything :) Nice peaceful, not for the serious party goer but just where you need to be when you want a bit of R & R. Well equipped rooms, on-site shop. Air Con is additional to the price on letsbookhotel.com, at 5€ a day, worth it! Excellent staff, 2 mins walk to the Matagorda centro, full of bars, places to eat and a Spar. Really can't praise Nautilus enough and will def be back!!

  The hotel is very good standard for 4 star. The buffet has excellent choice of food but can be busy especially in the evening. Great facilities for children and the animation team were very good with mini disco. Beautiful pools with paddle pool for small toddlers.   Stayed for one week All Inclusive. Staff were fantastic, most efficient & pleasant, couldn't do enough for you. The layout of hotel was quite quirky, rooms v clean & serviced everyday.   *Staff were lovley and friendly. *Nice spacious rooms (we were a coulple) *Tv had some decent english channels. *Location is by far the best part, literaly five minutes from the main strip with shops and resturants. - Good location - 10 minutes walk to the best beaches in the city, near supermarkets. Very clean room. Price was really good.

  I asked for a downstairs apartment and that is what I got. I stayed with my two elderly parents and they loved it. If you need anything ask.... yes it is a bit dated and wouldn't recommend for people with young kids as the pool is more adult orientated. The staff are a credit to this apartment block! well done! - I love this place and have stayed there 2 or 3 times already. It's a family run business and they treat their guests a bit like family too. Javier will help you out with tips for your holiday and is always on hand to helpp out, if needed. They don't chare you for silly things like safe keys and the loan of a DVD player and I feel very 'ay home' when there. It's also great value for money and the apartments are a good size.

  Staff is very friendly and ready to help. Our plane landed late at night and they were waiting for us at the reception desk as agreed. They helped also with internet connection, printing and other needed information. The palce is nice, it is cleaned every day, also the swiming pool is cleaned every morning.   These apartments are in a great location, only a few steps from the front and although there are very close to the pubs and restaurants they are very quiet. The pool area is very sheltered from what can be quite strong winds. The poolside bar is very reasonably priced with friendly staff. The apartments are well located and very clean. The poolside area never seemed too crowded or noisy, even though all the apartments were occupied. The food and drink supplied at the poolside bar was very good considering its size and facilities.

  Excellent value for money, their staff were very friendly and polite, basic and simple, only 5 min walk from the beach and none of the noise from Puerto del Carmen nightlife (which is an extra bonus if you travel with young kids) - it was near the airport and about a ten minute walk into the main town, it was nice and quiet, rooms were fine, nice... ce que les gens disent » pool area, basic but that's all we expected, all in all a good all round inexpensive place to stay
