  We were so impressed by this place. Everything was sparkling clean, lovely and comfy... Really brilliant. The owner was absolutely awesome. We were arriving late (long after the 10pm check in cut off because of traffic) so called in to let them know to wait for us and they were sooo understanding about it and when we arrived the check in was mega ... ce que les gens disent » quick so we could go to sleep soon. We were also offered breakfast for 5 euro/ person which was absolutely awesome. Wide selection of hams, salamis, c - The manager and receptionist were very nice and communicative (The manager speaks English). He suggested us a nice hiking trip which starts ten minutes of walking from the hotel. When we came back in the afternoon, it was very cold outside and they offered us two hot tea mugs, which "defrosted" both of us. The sheets and towels were nice and soft. The hotel's design was lovely and the rooms were beautifully decorated. In addition, the view from the room's windows was beautiful.

  I loved the spa facilities which were sophisticated and oozed sytle. The treatments were wonderful and the staff helpful and friendly. The ski bus is available as an when you need it just ringthe hotel to be collected from the slopes - wonderful! - The hotel is children friendly, we were with our 2 years old boy and we had a great time.   Very peacefull and beautifull surroundings (right on one of the Slovakian mountains). Not far from Tatranska Lomnica (a 2,6km height mountain with ski lifts). The room was tidy, clean. All in all, a great place to rest after hiking in the mountains. Great restaurant - Location, great views (when clear of fog). Good hiking trails nearby.
