First, the staff were very courteous and accomodating. Special thanks to
Ruben who was really nice to us when we arrived and even let us check in
3 hours before actual check in time. Small room but it doesn't
matter because it was cozy and the bed was comfy. The location was
superb! Very near Bugis shopping village and mrt station. Food is not a

Really great location, standards for Ibis acommodation: comfy beds, small but well equipped room. The price was a bit higher than usual for Ibis but compared to other fares in Singapore it was extremely acceptable. Food in the restaurant is really great and the breakfast is great as well (might be worth the 18SGD!). Wifi worked fine in room (5th floor). They got me late check-out until 14h and kept my bags until 20h, very convenient.

Suggestion: Adjust the in-house guests dining cost to a whole dollar as this will be more attractive, rather than with the additional cents which can inadvertently convey overly exacting costs.

Chambre calme - We had one bedroom,1 livingroom,2(!) tv's,very clean and comfortable bathroom.The hotelstaff was extremely friendly and helpful.Breakfast was very good as well.Stayed in hotels over the whole world,but this one was 1 of the best i stayed in and all that for a very,very good price. - Everything

It is very easy to go to the city center and many shopping center around the hotel - The location - 10 out of 10. Right where i thought it would be and righer where the map said. room were small but value for money. - Clean rooms, central location. Left luggage facilities. Breakfast was also very good - choice of hot or cold food and plenty of it
