  Chambre calme - We had one bedroom,1 livingroom,2(!) tv's,very clean and comfortable bathroom.The hotelstaff was extremely friendly and helpful.Breakfast was very good as well.Stayed in hotels over the whole world,but this one was 1 of the best i stayed in and all that for a very,very good price. - Everything

Right where i thought it would be and righer where the map said. room were small but value for money. - Clean rooms, central location. Left luggage facilities.   The bellhop Mohd was amazing. So nice and courteous to always offer a helping hand. The rest of the staff were very helpful as well. Breakfast was a nice touch for the morning as well. Loved the pool and glad there were towels always there to use. Tips for the first timers, take the train as the whole road in front of the hotel is blocked for construction and the cabby will not be able to bring you to the front of the hotel. From the train station, come out from Exit D, walk all the way straight and turn right on Bencoolen Street and walk all the way to the end. Ta-d... ce que les gens disent » a! When you come out, turn 180˚ and yo - A good, comfortable room with tea and coffee making facilities. We requested a room at the back of the hotel away from the MRT building site (another traveller's recommendation). It was very quiet and the view across the City was lovely. 10-15 min walk to Raffles in one direction and the same in the other direction to Orchard Road shops. Very close to the MRT which was a quick, cheap way to travel around the City (2.20 Hong Kong dollars per person from the airport to the hotel).

  First, the staff were very courteous and accomodating. Special thanks to Ruben who was really nice to us when we arrived and even let us check in 3 hours before actual check in time. Small room but it doesn't matter because it was cozy and the bed was comfy. The location was superb! Very near Bugis shopping village and mrt station. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip - Really great location, standards for Ibis acommodation: comfy beds, small but well equipped room. The price was a bit higher than usual for Ibis but compared to other fares in Singapore it was extremely acceptable. Food in the restaurant is really great and the breakfast is great as well (might be worth the 18SGD!). Wifi worked fine in room (5th floor). They got me late check-out until 14h and kept my bags until 20h, very convenient.

We had room with a window, so we were lucky, but in Singapore you just sleep in the room, you have so many things to do outside it's not worth paying more for bigger room.
