  We have never stayed in a hostel before and this was definitely superior to many hotels we have stayed in. It was thoughtfully and imaginatively designed and decorated. The staff were very helpful and gave lots of hints and tips about what to see and do, where to eat and drink in St Petersburg.   The place is clean, and the staff always remind the travelers need to keep quite in night and morning. So u can sleep well. Staff cannot speak English, but they are nice and using google translate to communicate with u. And 20mins walk to train station - Very nice Hostel, definately recommending to others.   Absolutely perfect location. 3 minutes to Hermitage, 2 minutes to Nevsky prospect, 2 minutes to Church of our saviour on spilled blood 3minutes to Russian state museum ... so many amazing places around. Its pretty hard to find hostel so write down adress correctly. Hostel is pretty small so no chill out rooms. But kitchen, bathroom and rooms are... ce que les gens disent » really clean. Bed is comfortable. Personel who works there really try to help. Girls are very nice so for me 10/10. I DO recommend this hostel, don' - The location is superb - it's one block from the Church on Spilled Blood, and the Main Street Nevsky Prospekt, and 5 min walk to the Hermitage / Winter Palace. The staff are welcoming, friendly and keep the hostel very clean. We liked it so much (and found so much to do in St Petersburg) that we stayed a second week, and have already recommended it to other travellers. Thanks Natasha, Lena and Jane!

  I enjoyed that it was close enough to the center by metro but far enough to be quiet. While I travel I need to sleep. :) I also envoy end that the hostel was small and quaint. - I liked mostly everything. Our family found Piterskii Dvorik clean and nice for staying.
