  Unlike the majority of hostels in SPb, Giggly hostel is recently renovated and clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. There is a place next door where you can have a cheap meal. Moreover, it's easy to go to Peterhof from the hostel - the bus stop(Baltiysky vokzal), it will take you only 10 min on foot to get to the bus stop. - The hostel... ce que les gens disent » was easy to find and not far from the metro. When I arrived, there were two very friendly women who spoke excellent English who showed me around. At about £14 a night for the 8 bed dorm it was excellent value, especially as I picked a quiet time and didn't have to share! Clean everywhere and free tea is always a bonus!
