  Everything. From the time we stepped in (was my second stay there this year) everything went super smooth. I booked a regular double with patio view but was upgraded to 2-level room with the Moika channel view (cannot thank the hotel staff enough for that!). Add to that 2 TVs, a private - This is the second time I've stayed in this hotel and I will definitely come back again. Location is terrific! The superior double was huge, the bathroom itself was the size of a regular room! It had everything we needed, including all the toiletries, bathrobes, slippers and complementary bottles of water.   A very comfortable hotel and competitively priced. Efficient check-in and helpful staff. Wifi is free and has a very good signal. - Location is quite good, though it's a bit far from the very historical centre. Sauna might be very helpful after day-long trip.
