The location is very good, it takes about 15-20 minutes to reach the city center if you go by foot and just 5 minutes to the nearest Metro station. Near the hotel you can easily find some small cafes and shops. Actually the hotel ocuppies several rooms in a standard residential house, with the total number of rooms equaling to 6. We really enjoyed staying at the hotel. Authentic Petersburg style:) It is very cosy, clean and it has really comfortable bed.This part of the city is not very noisy so no disturbance during your sleep.
I also liked that breakfast is delivered to your room, no need to get fully ready and dressed before you go to eat - you can enjoy it at the comfort of your own room. The toasts, eggs and sausages were just cooked before serving.

We loved the staff, Julia, the Manager was really kind. She cooked breakfast for us anytime we woke up and she found us a very cheap taxi when we had to go back to the airport. The room was not that big but it was clean. Bathrooms were also cleaned often during the day and the had shampoos, conditioner and hand wash refilled daily! The breakfast has a lot of variety with fresh fruit, juices, cereals, breads... The location was the most valuable point anyway. Its close to every historical place.

really clean and well equipped for this price.
We could find whatever we need in the apartment and staff was very kind and helpful. 10 minutes by foot from the city center, a lot of bars and cafes. Sushi was very good!

* All staff spoke reasonable to good English.
* The transfers by taxi were efficient and safe given my late arrival.

The hotel was very clean, the room was large and the facilities adequate. It was a reasonable price. The hotel is in a good location with shops, bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were very helpful.

Lovely small hotel in the center of Saint Petersburg, there is no need to use public transportation for most of the sightseeing stuff. There are only 5 rooms, but these are wellfurnished, cosy and offer anything needed. There is even a complete kitchen (where breakfast is served) which is free to use during the day, what is much more than we expec

The lovely lady who ran the hotel! Although her English was limited she was communicative and able to accommodate an early check-in. The hotel was small, modern, pretty and very clean inside. Breakfast was simple and perfect.

Great location with reasonable price. Not a common hotel because of "kitchen breakfast", but if you want a bit taste of home accommodation with russian grandmother´s hospitality, its worth trying for:) -

Very nice and quiet little hotel, which services I used for the second time. The position of the hotel is realy in the center of the town, and severeal Metro stations are within 10 minutes walk. The personal is very kind and very helpful. I guess, this was not my last visit to this hotel :) -
