We stayed there for our honeymoon and all was perfectly arranged , even without telling that we got married they noticed and they made extra arrangements for us , just a perfect place to be and made our day even more special - It's so nice to stay in a place full of history.   Good internet acess, when it is corwded they could place more stuff at the brekfast. Once I had dinner at the top floor . Nice view but slow slow - clean room, all what is needed available :) Beautiful view on Moscow centre, especially when it's dark:)

Staff is very helpfull and friendly, rooms are clean and have big space, rooms also have slippers and bathrobes which is quite important for the comfort in general. I was positively surprised about this nice hotel, its renovated and refurbished incl rooms, restaurant and reception. Rooms and bathroom are modern, space is OK and its quiet. Noral breakfast in the hotel starts at 8, but as we were leaving at 6.45am we requested our breakfast in the room at 6.20 - it was there exactly at 6.20. Good breakfast! We totally recommend it! - We stayed at the hotel during the holidays so the hotel was almost empty. The staff is young, friendly and willing to help in their best possible English.
