  Location, Room, service, breakfast, atmosphere, everything. We stayed there for our honeymoon and all was perfectly arranged , even without telling that we got married they noticed and they made extra arrangements for us , just a perfect place to be and made our day even more special - It's so nice to stay in a place full of history. Sweet compliments (cookies) in the room (grandson was very glad). Free Wi-Fi thouout the location. Quiet place (main entrance side).   Staff was very helpful and spoke English very well. Location was about the best available in Moscow without getting into the really high priced hotels (i.e. Ritz Carlton) , about a 10-15 minute walk to Red Square and just a block from a nice strolling plaza with a couple of nice outdoor cafes to have a few drinks.
