I like very much the state of the room and the work of personal, responsible for cleaning as well as the work of the receptionists, which were very friendly and helpful to us.
Especially I would like to single out Irina (at reception desk) and Vera (the waitress responsible for breakfast with her very friendly attitude and jazz music in the morning).

Response staff - When we reported AC problems someone arrived right away, checked the settings, and we received a call offering to relocate us to a room with working AC. Also used the concierge services and it worked well.

Check in and out was fast and easy, no waitings. No deposits at check in. Room (Mallorca) was very nice, cute and comfy. The hotel is a splendid old house in a very quiet area. Our room was very large and comfortable.
The buffet breakfast (included) was excellent as was the restaurant in the evenings.
However, the best feature of the hotel was the staff - friendly, helpful, and with fluent English. My wife found the bed a little too soft for her back - housekeeping quickly set up a mattress on the floor which solved the problem.
In short - highly recommended.

This is a very quiet hotel with a few rooms and a very friendly atmosphere. It is located at a walking distance of two metro station of the Nevskii Prospekt and there is a large variety of restaurants, souvenir shop and food ones in the neighborhood.
There is also a tea/shop just below the hotel and it is all day long busy with very good looking

Very good position. Just off the beaten track of of Nevskiy Prospect, and 150m away from the Mayakovskaya green line underground station. All around the hotel there are alot of resturants and coffee places. The ECO sustainabulity aspect of the hotel is that you must book your breakfast the night before. No waste.

A very good hotel in an excellent location with great staff. Close to everything, suitable for sighseeing. The rooms were clean with all basic amenities. The rooms are excellent - spacious and quiet altough facing the Nevsky Prospekt. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was good. The hotel is situated very centrally at a walking distance from sights and metro stops. The interior is beautiful, the paintings in passages and rooms a nice touch. My single room was smallish but not at all claustrophobic. The bed was really comfortable with luxurious bedclothes.
