All the stuffs are very friendly and made my trip enjoyable.If you have any question such as visa voucher and trasportation from the airport(taxi), they give you the answer by email right away. It was very helpful. The room is big enough for one person and well cleaned, and free wi-fi is good, too! The location is perfect. I could walk to many tourist spots, especially the Church of the Savior on Blood is 2-3 mins on foot from the hotel.

The staff was very available. My walet was stollen in the street with money and ID card and others important things. One person of the satff came with us to the police station to declare the robbery. We went to the police station with one of the hotel's car. The person was very nice.

This is the second time I've stayed in this hotel and I will definitely come back again. Location is terrific! All the main attractions and sights are within the walking distance. The room was spacious, well-furnished and clean (both of the times). The superior double was huge, the bathroom itself was the size of a regular room! Great location. Neat rooms, enough space. We were changing the rooms during stay and I cannot say which one of two I liked better. It's nice that you can get in through back yard getting feel of old city. Dostoyevskiy's places are near, if you are in it. -

The staff were greatly flexible, from helping with my invitation letter to working with my later flights and checking out late. They also directed me to where I could purchase a SIM card for my phone as well as different things in the area. The reception staff speak English very well and were a pleasure to talk with.

This place is absolutely recommended. It is right by a canal and views are beautiful, even when you are having breakfast (which is also very complete by the way). Besides it is very easy to get to the center from there and metro stations are very close if you want to move farther away. This hotel is really a bargain given its quality.
